Every puzzle has pieces that don’t quite fit yet.

When an idea feels incomplete, ambiguous, or intriguing, it lands here. The checkboxes mark gaps in the bigger picture — puzzle pieces that haven’t snapped into place.

The ideas on this site are part of an evolving model of organizational friction. Some pages represent well-formed pieces; others are still wandering around the table looking for their neighbors.

These notes grow gradually as I revisit ideas from books, articles, podcasts, and other rabbit holes I’ve fallen down. I follow curiosity where it leads rather than pretending I have the time, energy, or attention span to document every concept perfectly.

Consider this section a map of curiosity — a record of the missing pieces. With enough time (and coffee), the model drifts toward eventual consistency, one piece at a time.
